As the convention bounces fade, Obama regains the lead, but the focus now needs to be on Election Protection according to Steven Rosenfeld, author of Count My Vote. We also hear from listener Richard Spisak about the arrest of Amy Goodman in St. Paul, and from Kipp Stroden of Essential Living Foods. Yum!

St. Paul Mayor Coleman just announced that charges against Amy Goodman and her producers have been dropped, but I think the damage has already been done. Their voices were silenced, and others have been intimidated. Watch the video of Amy Goodman at right and judge for yourself if we are still living in a democracy. And feel free to chime in with some FEEDBACK.

Next week: Film maker Angelo Lobo and his look into the Family Court System in the film, "Support? System Down."

Don't forget - you can contribute to the show like Richard Spisak did in this episode. We want to hear from you - check out how on the Submit page.
